Morningside Retirement Resort is Jamaica’s premier retirement home, set on a beautifully landscaped property located in the quiet residential neighborhood of Havendale, in Kingston. Light clothing and personal items should be brought along with items that will warm their heart, such as family photos, small keepsakes or a treasured blanket or pillow. We coordinate care and services with experienced hospice organizations to provide the highest quality hospice care to patients. Skilled and sensitive hospice professionals assist patients with physical pain management and address the emotional and spiritual needs of both the patient and family.

Gain a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of nursing care in addition to excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills. Set Up for Success Student success is our goal, and Morningside has countless resources and opportunities to help students learn, grow, and graduate. Pets will need to be on a leash or in kennel, but can move in the room freely.

Morningside University Nylen School of Nursing baccalaureate and master’s program have full approval from the Iowa Board of Nursing. Morningside University has been approved by the state of Iowa to participate in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement. As of July 1, 2022, the BSN, MSN, DNP, and Post-Graduate Certificate program meet the following state requirements outlined here.
